ARE THE SAMPLES ROYALTY-FREE?

Yes. The sounds are 100% royalty-free for every standard commercial and non-commercial use. The only exceptions are major-label tracks after they exceed four million streams and feature films or professional company productions, which require paid written clearance.

DO I NEED CLEARANCE FOR A MAJOR-LABEL RELEASE OR A HIGH-STREAMING TRACK?

A major-label release remains covered by the standard license until the specific track exceeds four million combined streams worldwide. Once it crosses that threshold, paid written clearance is required. Contact Ben Aylon within 30 days of crossing four million streams.

CAN I USE THE SAMPLES IN FILM, TV, GAMES, ADS OR ONLINE VIDEO?

Independent and self-produced projects are covered by the standard license. A feature film, or a production commissioned, financed, produced or released by a studio, broadcaster, streaming platform, advertising agency, brand or production company, requires paid written clearance before release or public use.

CAN I RESELL, SHARE OR INCLUDE THE SOUNDS IN ANOTHER SAMPLE PACK?

No. You may not distribute, sell, share, sublicense or make the original sounds available as standalone files, even if they have been edited, processed or reformatted.

DO I NEED TO CREDIT BEN AYLON OR ONE MAN TRIBE?

No credit is required under the standard license, although it is always appreciated. A separately negotiated clearance may include a credit requirement.

DO THEY WORK IN MY DAW?

Yes. Every pack contains stereo 24-bit / 44.1 kHz WAV files that can be dragged into any modern DAW.

IS CHECKOUT ACTIVE?

Yes. Payments are completed securely through Shopify, and the Digital Downloads app emails the files attached to each purchased product after payment.
